🎄 Celebrate the Holidays with Southern Plains Co-op! 🎄

Join us at these upcoming community events and help us spread the cheer this season!

The holidays are a time for connection, celebration, and giving back—and your Southern Plains Co-op Team is excited to be part of some magical local events throughout the region. Whether it’s sipping hot chocolate by the bonfire or waving at Santa during a parade, we hope to see you there!

🎁 Dec 4: Christmas in the Valley Kickoff – Oxbow

📍 Bow Valley Park and Campground | 🕔 5:00–7:00 PM
Bundle up and bring the whole family to this cozy kickoff event hosted in Oxbow!
Enjoy:

FREE hot chocolate and cookies from our Southern Plains Team ☕🍪

Bonfire, s’mores, hot dogs and hay rides

A great way to support local and connect with neighbours before the season gets busy

🎅 Dec 5–6: Dickens Festival – Carlyle

Step back in time with this classic holiday tradition. It’s a full weekend of festivities you won’t want to miss!

🎄 Friday, Dec 5:

Tiny Tim’s Taste Tour: Stop by the Carlyle Food Store from 2–4 PM for festive treats!

Evening Parade: Starts at 6 PM from Moose Mountain Lodge—look out for candy-filled fun along Main Street 🍬

🛍️ Saturday, Dec 6:

Parade continues at 6 PM

FREE sleigh and carriage rides around town

Trade Show from 11 AM – 4 PM with great local vendors and gift ideas

🌟 Dec 14: Festival of Lights Kickoff – Estevan

📍 Woodlawn Regional Park, Doug Third Building | 🕞 3:30–6:30 PM
Light up the season at this Estevan favourite!
Southern Plains Co-op will be serving:

FREE hot dogs and hot chocolate 🌭☕

Enjoy sleigh rides, bonfire, and photos with Santa 🎅

Stick around as the lights come on across the park to officially launch the Festival of Lights!
